Marcia has over twenty- six years experience working in computerized office environments providing accounting and related administration duties. Most of this experience was with small and medium-sized businesses in the retail, construction, and service industries She has an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of accounting. Marcia has also developed and maintained accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure maximum internal controls. Her knowledge of information systems includes acting as project manager for the selection, installation, implementation, and management of accounting systems and point-of-sale systems for multiple retail locations, as well as implementation and management of a time and billing system. Administration includes excellent organizational and communication skills. She is adept at problem solving and customer / employee relations.
